@OneFreshPillow @Xfinity @metronetfiber We are too. Just bought a $300 mesh router system to try to improve it & it didn’t help. Repair guys tell us the box on the street is a mess. Gee thanks. Maybe, IDK, fix it? We may have to check out metro. Thanks for the tip!

@metronetfiber Called and was told it was the little white box, assuming the guy meant the ONT because the problem has been traced on my end to at least that point. Also told me the soonest a tech could get here is 2 days which is unacceptable, because it means I am without service for 48 hrs

@metronetfiber I have, they have no true ETR on fix, and the notes in the system sound abysmal. The ticket is set to close on the 7th. With would be 1wk and 1 day with no internet for me. IF that is when the fix is done by.

@metronetfiber Well wasn’t too keen on the 2 day thing, reality and scheduling is what they are, and not much you can do about it. However, your outstanding service tech, Nathan Young, was right on time and done fixing the issue before his arrival window was even over! Satisfied customer.

Since @metronetfiber bought out my local fiber company, outages are nightly. It sucks, don't want to go back to Comcast.

@Mike_M_Klotz @metronetfiber @GetSpectrum Spectrum is trash. I gave up superb fiber service when we moved earlier this year. Now I have regular random outages and slowdowns. I actually have a technician scheduled for repairs tomorrow, since customer service said they received a weak test signal from my modem.

@metronetfiber two days and still no internet with no timeline for fixing it. Instead of a canned response here, can you let your customers know what went wrong? What causes multiple metro areas to all go down at the same time for a long period of time… that’s worrisome.

@metronetfiber I’m unable to load most Apple services while connected to my Wi-Fi network. Works just fine on cellular data. I’ve restarted the ONT/eero, but haven’t had any luck. Apple is the only service I’ve noticed that is affected, but there may be others.

@metronetfiber Why is it so hard to get service from you? Techs came out and installed this modem, but i'm not receiving service. I've had multiple cancelled appointments, and terrible communication from your end.

@moorloc @Xfinity @metronetfiber We saw insanely increased speeds with MetroNet immediately. We were having issues with Xfinity almost every single day.
